Ahead of the crucial game between the Flying Eagles and their Italian counterparts, Ladan Bosso is confident of a good outing for his players.
According to the head coach of the Flying Eagles, he has players that can neutralise the strong weapon of the Italians, which they mostly deployed from the midfied.
He admitted that the Italians have the midfield machinery to dominate any team, after him and his technical crew watched them when they defeated Brazil 3 -2 on Sunday evening.
“We stayed back after our match against the Dominican Republic to watch the Italy match against Brazil, and we took a lot of notes from there.
“The Italians have the midfield machinery to outrun any team that is flustered by their pace and organization, but we will know how to deal with that.
“We have the players who can neutralize their mortal armoury and deliver some blows of our own. Wednesday’s encounter will be interesting.
“We will respect them but we don’t fear any team at this championship.” Bosso said.
Nigeria deleted Dominican Republic 2-1 in Group D opener played on Sunday.
