It is a new dawn for Nigeria football as Interim Management Committee of the Nigeria Professional Football League ( NPFL) has secured N1billion bank guaranty and a title sponsor for the 2022/23 season.

Furthermore, all the 20 clubs in the NPFL will have N4million insurance package for each of their players ahead of the commencement of the league this season and efforts will be made to start paying the backlog of match indemnities
