Less than 24 hours to the crucial African Nations Cup qualifying game between the Super Eagles of Nigeria and Meditareean Knights of Libya, Ahmed Musa has assured Nigerians that Eagles will finish Libya and win the maximum points at stake.

In a chat with www.totorinews.com in Uyo after the Super Eagles ended their training, Musa said that the players are eager to condemn Libya to defeat, stressing that the team is determined to make the game filled with great football artistries that will gladden the hearts of football loving Nigerians at the end of 90mimutes.

“We are ready for the game against Libya and I believe that Eagles will finish Libya. Football is not easy and there are no easy games anywhere, but we are determined to make our country proud after the game,” Musa said.

Meanwhile, the camp of the Super Eagles has been plagued with injury as Ogenyi Eddy Onazi has been ruled of the game due to the injury he sustained in one of the training sessions of the team.

The kick off time of the game is 4pm Nigerian time at the Akwa Ibom International stadium, Uyo.
