Basking in the excitement of the successful football screening for young talents held in Akwa and Enugu in South East of Nigeria, Ejike Pascal says Nigeria will always flourish with abundance of football talents, reports www.totorinews.com.
In an exclusive chat with www.totorinews.com, Pascal, former Enyimba striker, said that the football screening programme he organised in South East was very successful judging by the arrays of exciting football raw diamonds that were on parade.
He noted his efforts in giving back to the society is already yielding fruits with the establishment of his football academy, duly registered in Nigeria.
“We are done with the registration of the football academy, which is one of my ways of giving back to the society. I thank God for what football did to me,” Ejike Paschal said.

“I had the opportunity to watch some good quality players and I was very impressed. Nigeria will never lack football talents. I think what is needed is for platform to be created whereby they can take their talents to Europe,” he added.
It is in this light, he revealed that his foreign partners will storm Nigeria in July/August when his sports management agency will organise football trial tournament.
“With what I witnessed during the screening tournament few weeks ago, I think the football trial tournament in July/August will afford my partners the opportunity to also see the amazing gifted young footballers in Nigeria.
“We hope to have football academies participate in the trial tournament and they must parade U-18 players. Modern day football is for young blood,” he said.
