Insecurity in Katsina state has taken a dimension of Save Our Soul ( SOS) appeal, as Governor Aminu Bello Masari has raised alarm that the state is under siege of insecurity , reports totorinews.com
According to the Governor, the rate of kidnapping, armed robbery and cattle rustling have increased in the past few months and these has not gone down well with the people living in the state.
Masari revealed this when he convened an extra ordinary security meeting held at Presidential banquet hall, Government house and security personnels from the affected areas in the state were all in attendance.
