Everything working out fine, the opposition Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, will in the next few hours, announce the Delta State Governor, Ifeanyi Okowa as the running mate of the party’s presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar.
Okowa had earlier arrived at the party’s headquarters to attend the PDP’s Vice Presidential screening.
The governor was welcomed into the building with the words ‘congratulations’ by members of the party.
Contrary to the reports that the Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike would emerge as Atiku’s running mate, latest report indicate that the party has settled for Okowa.
