Moses Simon has praised the partnership of Victor Osimhen and Ademola Lookman, describing it as the best in the tournament, reports www.totorinews.com
Speaking at the pre- match press conference at Marrakesh stadium on Thursday, Simon said the team play for them as they achor the attacking potency of the Super Eagles.
“Yes, we play for them, they’re the two best players in the African continent at different times in 2023 and 2024,” Simon said.
“There is no time for who is the best or not the best, we are the best as a team and we just want to win.”
Simon was in the Super Eagles that denied Algeria 2018 world cup ticket and also when Algeria defeated Nigeria in the semi – final clash of the 2019 AFCON tournament in Egypt.
