Navy marines kill 34 Boko Haram terrorists in Lake Chad
The Nigerian Navy says marines have killed 34 Boko Haram terrorists in offensive operations in the Lake Chad area.
Abiodun Folorunsho, a navy captain and director of naval information, said in a statement on Saturday that the operations were conducted in collaboration with the 403 Amphibious Brigade of the Nigerian Army under Operation Hadin Kai.
He said the first operation was conducted on October 28, 2026, while the second took place on October 30.
