Football fans in Lagos State are looking forward to the final of this year’s Mavlon U 19 tournament slated for 18th of September, reports www.totorinews.com.
The Legacy football pitch inside the Surulere stadium will witness the final game between Mavlon U19 and Kidsport U 19, in a game that promises to be explosive judging by the terrific talents in both teams.
Mavlon eliminated Schmchi Fc in a two legged semifinals which ended 4-2 on aggregate.
Kidsport on the other side, defeated Kingspor in a tug of war affair 1-0, which ended ended in favour of Kidsport with a wonderful strike by Yahaya Bala.
16 -year old Charles Agada, the attacker of Mavlon is one of the most prolific strikers in the tournament with eight goals.
The coordinator of the tournament Paul Ogunlaja said that football stakeholders and fans should expect thrilling football from both teams, adding that the tournament has showcased amazing football young talents.
It is very fulfilling to see very good football from young teenagers. I have no doubt that the final game will witness lots of beautiful moments,” Paul Ogunlaja told www.totorinews.com.
