Morocco have been crowned FIFA U20 World Cup Champion in style.
The team defeated super powers in world football enroute the trophy. Brazil, Spain, France and Argentina all fell to Morocco.
A brace from Yassir Zabiri in the 12th and 29th minute of the game made the difference for Morocco at the expense of Argentina, who had won the trophy six times in the past.
I am particularly thrilled in the manner Morocco brutalised Brazil, spanked Spain, fumbled France and tamed Argentina to make a bold statement of their football on the world stage.
With this triumphant display in Chile, Morocco became the second African country to lift the FIFA U 20 World Cup, 16 years after Ghana won the edition hosted by Egypt.
Flying Eagles were losing finalist on two occassions in 1989 and 2005.
