Egnr. Habu Gumel has been re- elected as the NOC President for another four years, reports www.totorinews.com.
It was a keenly election as Gumel polled 21 votes to defeat his rival, Egnr. Sani Ndanusa who got 19 votes at the NOC elective congress held in Jalingo, Taraba State on Friday.
