Super Eagles striker and Napoli of Italy lethal weapon, Victor Osimhen has landed in Marrakech, Morocco for the CAF Awards tonight, reports www.totorinews.com.
Osimhen touched down in the tourist city on Monday afternoon via a private aircraft.
Osimhen is confident of winning the award, but he has Achraf Hakimi, a Moroccan to contend with for the top prize. Mohammed Salah has seen the handwriting on the wall, so, he will not be attending the ceremony.
The last time a Nigerian ( Kanu Nwankwo) won the award was in 1999. Osimhen is aiming to become the first Nigerian to win it in the new millennium.
