Eastern Naval Command have won the 12th Nigerian Navy Games tagged Lagoa 2022, reports www.totorinews.com.
The sporting fiesta came to an end on Tuesday and the Naval Training Command emerged second place while the Logistic and Central Naval command came third and fourth respectively, in the games which were held at the newly commissioned Navy Sports Complex, in Ojo area of Lagos.
Eastern Naval Command won 56 gold medals, 55 silver medals and 56 bronze medals to make a final statement of being crowned champions of the 12th Nigeria Navy Games.
it is very interesting to note that The Flag Officer of The Eastern Naval Command is Rear Admiral Ibrahim Dewusky, a sport enthusiast, who has contributed to the development of young Nigerians on the platform of sports especially football.
