Tyson Fury has stated he will not be fighting Anthony Joshua next as Joshua did not sign the contract.
Fury had previously set a deadline of 5pm today for Joshua to sign, stating he was given the contract 10 days ago.
Fury is undefeated world heavyweight champion, while Joshua had lost three of his last five fights.
