The management of Gombe United have written to the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL), requesting that the Match Day 22 between Enyimba and their darling team be shifted.
This is due to the unforseen condition the team had encountered on their road journey, where the team’s bus developed fault and it is being repaired, unfortunately, Gombe United may not be able to meet up with the match, scheduled to take place between Wednesday 28th – Thursday 29th February, 2024.
The players and officials are currently stranded along Lafia Road, enroute to Makurdi, as they await another bus to convey them to Aba for the league encounter.
