Having beaten host of the tournament, Argentina 2-0 , Ladan Bosso tutored Flying Eagles side has all it takes to delete Korea Republic in the quarter – final clash, says Yakubu Sarma.
The Gombe FA chairman noted that Bosso must have watched the video clips of the matches Korea Republic played so far in the tournament and he all the materials as his disposal to eliminate the Asians on Sunday.
Football is both played on the pitch and on the technical bench. I am sure that Bosso might have watched the clips of Korea to know what to deploy against them in the quarter final game,” Yakubu Sarma said.
“Certainly, with the caliber of boys we have, and looking at the remaining teams because it’s obvious now, all the teams that seems to be the favorites now are actually coming from our group which is the group D”
“I am very optimistic that the Flying Eagles will continue to raise their game in the tournament. Korea should not be underrated, their players are very fast and highly technical but I believe that Nigeria will come out victorious.
Korea booked their place in the quarter- final after beating Ecuador in five goals thriller that ended 3 -2.
