Flying Eagles goalkeeper, Nwosu gets CHAN invitation

Nathaniel Nwosu, goalkeeper of the 2022 WAFU B U20 tournament in Niamey, Niger Republic

Flying Eagles goalkeeper, Nathaniel Nwosu is among the 35 players invited by Coach Salisu Yusuf to the camp of the CHAN Super Eagles ahead of the qualifying battle against the Blacl Stars of Ghana, reports www.totorinews.com

Nwosu was the reliable safe hands in goal for the Flying Eagles at the WAFU B U20 tournament in Niamey, Niger Republic in May, and he displayed great agility in goal all through the tournament, little wonder that he was voted the best goalkeeper of the tournament as Nigeria emerged as champions

With his invitation to the CHAN Super Eagles camp, Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), has given the Water FC of Abuja goal tender a bigger platform to continue to develop his craft.

There is no doubt that Nwosu has a very bright future in the round leather game and it is hoped that he will grow to become a world class goalkeeper for Nigeria.
