As 2022/23 England premier league kick start this weekend, Alex Iwobi, who plies his trade with Everton is very optimistic of the team finishing in the top four at the end of the season.
Iwobi disclosed this to www.totorinews.com that the Merseyside team have quality players to compete for top four this season, if the players can remain consistent getting the desired results.
“Everton have the players to play and qualify for the top four this season. Last season, we were very inconsistent, which was the reason the team ended where we were. We managed to survived,” Alex Iwobi told www.totorinews.com.
“It is a new season. It is a new start for every team and we want to prove that Everton can play top four, but we just have to prove it,” he said.
On Saturday, Everton will host Chelsea in the match day one fixture of the EPL.
