Sunshine Stars of Akure have sacked Edith Agoye, the chief coach of the team after series of poor results in the NPFL, reports www.totorinews.com.
The club have asked the football tactician to step aside and feelers reaching www.totorinews.com indicates that Kennedy Boboye is expected to replace him.
Agoye was sacked following his team’s 1-0 loss away to Kwara United on Saturday.
Sunshine Stars are presently on 12th position in the NPFL table and the team is gradually swimming towards the relegation zone.
