Felix Nnaemeka Agu has been finally cleared to play for the Super Eagles of Nigeria by FIFA.
The German FF confirm that the player has never represented Germany at any official game at the A and Junior level.
Agu played only 2 friendly games for the U21 team in 2019.
He was very impressive for Werder Bremen in the recently concluded season, scoring three goals in 22 Bundesliga appearances.
In the 2024-2025 Bundesliga season, Agu was the master- piece penalty winner. He won three penalties for Werder Bremen as a defender, more than any other player in the German top-flight, according to Squawka.
The defender is one of the invited players to the Super Eagles camp by Eric Chelle for the Unity Cup in England next week.
