As mentioned in previous communications, some Matchday One fixtures have been adjusted due to other games in other tournaments taking place at the same venues for such ties in the 2019 Bet9ja Royal Cup.
According to a press statement issued on behalf of the Local Organising Committee, LOC, by the Media and Communications Lead of the Royal Cup tourney, Jahrock Ujewe, these changes in time and venue become necessary to give all participating teams equal opportunity to compete and be treated fairly.
The statement says that the affected games are some of the qualifying pairings in Warri South, Isoko North, and Ughelli South Local Government Areas.
It kindly advises Center Coordinators, Team Coaches, and players to take note of the adjustments promptly.
The 13th edition of the Royal Cup will officially get under way on Saturday, September 14, 2019 when Texas Sport lock horns with Royal FC by 10am at the All Saints Anglican Church Field in Asaba.
