Approach the game like cup final – Alkali tells Super Eagles

Less than 24 hrs to the crucial world cup qualifier between Rwanda and Nigeria, Mohammed Alkali has charged the Super Eagles to approach the game like a cup final, reports www.totorinews.com.
According to the former chairman of the Nationwide League One (NLO), the Super Eagles cannot afford to mess up this game on Friday, if the players want to have the honour of playing at the world cup.
“This game is very important to Nigeria. The Super Eagles must approach this game like a cup final. It is a cup final, that is the way i see it and we hope to start winning begining from this game,” Alkali said.

“Nigeria cannot afford to miss out from the world cup back to back. To be sincere, i like the attitude of the players, their commitment, punctuality and the unity of purpose gives me this feeling that Nigeria will carry the day at the end of 90 minutes in Kigali.
The world cup qualifier is slated for 4pm Rwanda time, which is 5pm in Nigeria.
