Super Falcons tireless defender, Michelle Alozie demonstrated strong passion for the round game right from when she was a child, says Chioma Alozie, her mother.
In an exclusive chat with www.totorinews.com in Brisbane, Chioma Alozie, revealed that Michelle showed a glimpse of her football talent when she was about four years old.
“I saw the soccer talent in her at the age of four years. The way she handled the ball with her legs and moving with it whenever we went to pick her elder brother at his soccer club could only be done by a child gifted in soccer,” Chioma Alozie said.

“The soccer coach said she was going to be a professional soccer player. The next year will put her in a soccer development club. She was five years and she has put everything into soccer since then.
Collaborating with the wife, Godwin Alozie, the father of Mitchelle, said that they gave her all the encouragement and it is a thing of joy that the family is in Australia to celebrate her success with the Super Falcons.
“As parents, we encouraged her when we noticed the soccer talent in her. We have been encouraging her since then,” the father said.

“I played soccer when I was in High school, but I did not make it to the professional soccer level.
Alozie has been phenomenon playing as a right full back for the Super Falcons of Nigeria at the on – going FIFA Women’s World Cup in Australia.
Nigeria is likely to play England in the Round 16 of the tournament on Monday.
