AFCON 2025: Still on Super Eagles training and Chelle…

IMG 20260102 WA0081

Let the truth be known, some training sessions are closed door, not for media coverage.

The media watched Super Eagles training on Wednesday after we finished our media parley with the players.

We were allowed to watch and cover their training for almost two hours. If the coach feels he does not want the media around as the match day approaches, no qualms.

There are some tactical training formations that must be coded from the public. It is not every training that the media must give coverage. As a reporter/photo journalist, you can be around to capture their arrival and departure. That’s all.

The media still has pre- match conference to get news about the team 24hrs before the game. The most important thing is to beat Mozampique on Monday and continue to win.

So, Eric Chelle is on point. Let this man work in peace. He is doing well and we hope he continues.

My simple take!
