After watching the Golden Eaglers demolished the Black Starlets of Ghana 4-2 in the opening game of the WAFU B U17 tournament in Cape Coast on Saturday evening, Ladan Bosso is very optimistic of the team going on the way to the final and possibly win the trophy, www.totorinews.com reports.

Bosso, who led the Flying Eagles to win WAFU B U20 tournament last month in Niamey, Niger Republic, said that the Eaglets will continue to grow stronger as they proceed in the tournament, adding that Nigerian cadet players executed the tactical plan of the technical crew to precision, scoring four goals against the host team.

“It was a good game and a very exciting one. To beat Ghana in any game or tournament is not a joke. The team worked very hard for it and I must commend Nduka Ugbade and his assistants for a good job,” Ladan Bosso told www.totorinews.com.
