Just four days into the UEFA coaching course currently on – going in Belfast, Northern Ireland in United Kingdom, Tope Bolus says his eyes have been opened to the latest coaching techniques, reports www.totorinews.com.
According to the former coach of MFM FC, football in United Kingdom is world class built on latest technologies that focuses on the development of the players and management of the game on the pitch.
“It is good to always take the advantage of learning new skills as a football coach. My eyes are opened to new techniques of football,” Tope Bolus told www.totorinews.com.
“I have seen with my eyes how games are supposed to be managed, before, during and after the game. The exposures are far different from what i learnt in Nigeria.
“Techniques, tactics are not just enough to win games. Technology is very key, especially with data analytics and opposition analysis ahead of every game. It is a vital learning curve for me.
“Football is a total package from the players, coaches, management, media and the fans. A coach that wants to succeed must be conversant with all these factors,” he said.
