Ahead of the AFCON tournament in Ivory Coast in January, Etta Egbe, former Super Eagles goalkeeper has revealed three capable safe hands, worthy of solving the crisis in the goalkeeping unit of the team, reports www.totorinews.com.

According to the former reliable safe hands of defunct Calabar Rovers of Cross Rivers, there are qualify Nigerian goalkeepers that can change the fortunes if given proper support from the technical crew and the fans.

He revealed that these goalkeepers are plying their trades in the NPFL. He mentioned Ojo Olorunleke of Enyimba, Amas Obasogie of Insurance and Kingdom Osayi of Doma Utd.

According to him, he has followed the development of these goalkeepers in the NPFL over the years and he calm beat his chest that any one of them can be a solution to the team.

Amas Obasogie, Olorunleke Ojo and Kingdom Osayi

He declared that that he is on the same page with millions of football fans that are not satisfied with the performance of both Francis Uzoho and Maduka Okoye in the Super Eagles.

“I cannot be satisfied with the performances of our goalkeepers, I can’t just be satisfied with that. There is a need for us to make a change in that department, that’s my humble disposition,” Etta Egbe told www.totorinews.com.

“I have watched the NPFL and I have had cause to coach goalkeepers like Ojo Olorunleke of Enyimba, I have had cause to coach goalkeepers like Amas Obasogie of insurance, I have had cause to coach goalkeeper Kingdom Osayi from Doma United. 

“Those three goalkeepers are worthy of saving our goal post, that’s the way I looked it. What they need, is to be given the proper support if given the opportunity,” he said.
