Primate Ayodele Advocates Blend of Local and Foreign Coaches For Super Eagles

Popular seer, Primate Babatunde Elijah Ayodele of Inri Evangelical Spiritual Church in Lagos, has advocated for a blend of both local and foreign based coaches to help amplify the success of Nigerias national teams.

Ayodele while speaking to newsmen in Abuja on Wednesday when he visited the president of the Nigeria football federation Ibrahim Musa Gusau, said if local and foreign coaches are given the chance to work together, they’ll attain better heights far better than what any other country can achieve, paimedia.com.ng reports.

Speaking on other aspects of his visit to the headquarters of the NFF, the primate said he equally used the opportunity to advise president of the federation, Gusau on players Selection for national team duties, taking a cue from Morocco’s success at the ongoing FIFA world in Qatar, noting that if the Atlas lions can go as far as the quarter finals, Nigeria should keep her eyes on winning the next nations cup in Cote D’Ivoire, even as he called on Nigerian business moguls to take up domestic teams that’ll help the youths to grow, as well as improve the standard of football in the country.

“If Morocco should get to that stage of the world cup, Nigeria’should go to Cote D’Ivoire to lift up the cup”

“And I want us to select our players and encourage local teams to bring in sponsors like Dangote, Adenuga and Otedola, they can assist, they can begin to have football teams so that they can help our youths to grow”

“let us continue to encourage our local teams from Enyimba, from 3sc and Rangers, these players can win , now this is the way it must go” he said.
