Looking back at the wonderful contribution over the years of Hon. Suleiman Yahaya – Kwande to the development of football in Nigeria, the Nigeria Football Federation, ( NFF ), board member is set to be honoured, reports www.totorinews.com.
The amiable politician and football administrator from Plateau state has been shortlisted as a recipient of an award as Grassroot Sport Development Personality of the Year award in this year’s Nigeria Service Awards.
Hon. Yahaya – Kwande is also the chairman, beach soccer committee in the NFF.
From the information made available to www.totorinews.com, the award ceremony will take place at the Sheraton Hotel and Towers on Friday. The red carpets begins at 4pm, while the main event is slated for 5.30pm.
