After spending two weeks training with the Golden Eaglets before the team went on break, Tobiloba Fasoranti, 15 years old Scottish – born Nigerian teenage attacker, says he is going back to Scotland a stronger and better player, reports www.totorinews.com.

In a chat with the media in Abuja, Fasoranti said that every training session with Nduka Ugbade –  led technical crew of the Golden Eaglets are opportunities to be imbibed with valuable lessons of football, adding that it was not easy the first time he trained with the team due to the weather and the physical side of the players, but he was able to adapt quickly.

“It has been a great experience. It was tough at the start as I was coming from a very cold condition and moving to hot climate was a bit difficult. Glad that I  adjusted to it and very excited for what God has for me in the future,” Fasoranti said.

“I think I have improved. Football intensity is high here unlike in Scotland where I am based and I believe coming here will make me a better and stronger footballer.

“The physicality here is more, which is good and the running here is harder. When I got here, I wasn’t familiar with the physicality, the running and the high standard set by Mr. Ugbade, but i got to understand better and working hard to become the best version of myself.

“I am going to take all the valuable things I learnt training with the Golden Eaglets to Scotland, the marking aspect when my team is not with the ball and also the dynamics of making good use of the ball to help my team and score goals as a striker,” he said.
