Golden Eaglets were very clinical in front of goals as they annihilated Henrich FC 8-0 in another test game played on Tuesday, reports www.totorinews.com.
Football fans at the NFF/FIFA Goal project field at the MKO Abiola stadium in Abuja were treated to goalsfeast in the game, as Golden Eaglets dominated every aspect, especially the midfield.
IThe visiting team from Ekiti State really gave their all to curtain the onslaught of the Eaglets in the first half, which ended 2-0.
On resumption from the break, Henrich Fc had no resistance against the ruthless Eaglets, as they pumped in six more goals to end the game at 8-0.
Eaglets had earlier played a friendly game against Mahanaim FC on Sunday, which ended 4-2.
Mahanaim, an Abuja based team gave the Eaglets a good run for their money. The team stunned Eaglets with a goal against the run of player, before the Nduka Ugbade tutored side rallied themselves together to equalised and add two more goals.
Mahanaim put one back to make it 3-2, but the Eaglets took the game beyond the reach of the Abuja F.A Cup semi – finalist to end the game 4-2.
In just two friendly games, Golden Eaglets have scored 12 goals and conceded only two goals.
