Flying Eagles will re-adjust against South Sudan, says Tijani Yusuf

Nigerians will see a different Flying Eagles when the team files out against their South Sudanese counterpart on the match day 2 of the football event of the on- going African Games in Accra, says Dr. Tijani Yusuf.

The former Secretary- General of the defunct Nigeria Football Association (NFA), said that Ladan Bosso tutored side must have seen the errors made in the first game against Uganda which the team lost 2-1 and he will re-adjust against South Sudan to get a favourable result.

“Flying Eagles will re- adjust against South Sudan. I think Nigerians will see an improved team compared the ones that played against Uganda,” Dr. Yusuf exclusively told www.totorinews.com on Monday.

“May be some players had stage fright bring their first competitive game in the tournament. So, they might have suffered stage fright, but I think will re-adjust and find their rhythm against South Sudan.

“The coach must have seen where errors were made, which will be corrected against their opponents today,” he said.

The Accra Sports Stadium will host the game that is billed to start at 9pm on Monday evening.
