2015 World Cup winning member of the Golden Eaglets of Nigeria,Samuel Chukwueze dazzled the fans of Villarreal CF of Spain with his maiden goal in La Liga in the 2-2 draw with Rayo Vallecano at Vallecas on Sunday.
Chuwkwueze rewarded the trust that Javier Calleja,the coach of Villarreal CF had in him in his second competitive start in the La Liga with a classical goal for the Yellow Submarine and he created so many problems for the defence of Rayo Vallecano to the delight of traveling Villarreal CF fans.
Interestingly, Chukwueze has been given his first invitation to the Super Eagles ahead of the crucical AFCON qualifying game against Bafana Bafana of South Africa at the FNB stadium, Johanesburg this weekend and it is expected that the young Nigerian La Liga sensation will give a good account of himself in training in the midst of arrays of football talents in the Super Eagles squad.
Hopefully, the 19 year old left footed winger will give a dynamic dimension to the attacking options of the Super Eagles as millions of football loving Nigerians looks forward to victory against South Africa to restore pride and ensure that Super Eagles continues to have superior bragging rights over the Bafana Bafana of South Africa.
Super Eagles failed to fly when the team lost 2-0 to Bafana Bafana in Uyo last year. It was the first competitive loss of Nigeria to South Africa.
