Behold the MVP, Peter Obi

Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of Labour Party

The MVP of 2023 Presidential Election in Nigeria is Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party.

Labour party candidates winning seats at the National Assembly can be attributed to the goodwill of one man – Peter Obi.

A former Councillor in Kaduna who became an okada rider won the House of Representatives election in his Federal Constituency in Kaduna.

My good friend in the football family in Nigeria, Ekene Adams defeated an incumbent House of Representatives member in Kaduna State. The Federal lawmaker has been at the National Assembly for 20 years.

Ekene Abubakar Adams had earlier contested under different party in the past, but the platform of Labour Party under the charismatic leader of Peter Obi propelled him to victory.

Ireti Kingibe of Labour Party dislodged Senator Phillip Aduda of the PDP and every clandestine attempts to frustrate the result proved abortive. She was eventually declared the winner.

One Chinedu, who contested for the House of Representatives in Abuja was having his siesta on Sunday afternoon when he received calls that he was leading, on his way to the National Assembly in Abuja as a Federal lawmaker.

He won the election to his own surprise. The influence of Peter Obi clearly written over his victory.

The shocking story of how a driver won the House of Representatives election in Enugu State is another pointer to the goodwill of Peter Obi and the strong impact of the Obidents movement in Nigeria.

Some candidates were not too financially strong to print and circulate enough posters to the electorate, yet they have been voted into the National Assembly.

They did not spend ‘shinshi’, yet won elections, thanks to one man who has positively changed the narratives in the political space in Nigeria.

It is hoped that INEC will follow and obey their own electoral laws as Nigerians held to the polls again next Saturday.

A new Nigeria is indeed POSSIBLE if INEC can abide strictly to the electoral laws created by the same body and signed into law by Mr. President.

Congratulations to the MVP, Peter Obi.

    Enough respect to the Obidents.
