Former Nigeria international, Sam Sodje has charged the management and staff of Eko Hotel and Suites to be more accommodating and polite to the Super Eagles, reports www.totorinews.com.
Sodje said that Eko hotel staff did not show hospitality expected of them, as he noted that it is a great privileged for the hotel to camp the national team of Nigeria, but it appears that the management and staff of the hotel did not understand the value of having Nigeria football ambassadors lodged at their hotel.
“Eko Hotel should be more accommodating and polite. The hotel should be proud and feel privilege that the national team chose to stay in their hotel,” Sodje told www.totorinews.com exclusively.
“From what i saw, it seems the situation was put under control, though I saw a clip of Jospeh Yobo very upset with a member of hotel staff, accusing him of swearing at the team. The scene looks very disrespectful,” he added.
“Anyway let’s not make a big deal about it as we all want the team (Super Eagles) to stay focus.
“I was glad that the players continued with their gym training despite the attempts to distract them,” he said.
