12th African Games : Makanjuola can make a difference in a team but …Aigbogun says

Francis Achi, Abuja

Paul Aigbogun, chief coach of the Flying Eagles has said that Success Makanjuola can make the difference in the team, but the talented winger must akways be very decisive with the ball, totorinews reports exclusively.

Having made the list of 18 players for the football event at the 12th African Gamesin Rabat, Morocco, Aigbogun is of the firm opinion that Makanjuola will make great impact for Nigeria at the football event, but he wants the player to be more technical in knowing when to release the ball or to fire a shot at goal.

“There is no doubt that Success Makanjuola is a good player. His potentials are there for any one to see, but he has to be very decisive with the ball always.” Aigbogun said.

“He is a fantastic dribbler, very difficult to retrieve the ball from him and it is obvious that he enjoys his football as a team player. It is just that he must be lethal with the ball to make the difference and I think, he has it in him,” he added.

Flying Eagles will begin the quest for football gold when the team file out against Bourkina Fasso on Friday.
